A.P. Olsen Ice Cap
Primary CryoNet Station Information
The ice cap is monitored with 3 atomatic stations similar to those used by PROMICE, a netork of 14 ablation stakes, and annual GPS and snow radar surveys. The monitoring started in 2008 with the establishment of the GlacioBasis monitoring programme. Logistics is supported by Zackenberg Research Station.
