Eureka (MSC) [Candidate] Reference CryoNet Station Information
The site is located on the edge of Slidre Fjord, on the west coast of Ellesmere Island. The fjord is in a NW-SE line immediately south of the station. Mountain ranges are evident in all directions. Ground is mostly gravel and silt, with low lying tundra growth-grasses, willows, poppies,cotton etc.
