Valle Nevado
Primary CryoNet Station Information

The Valle Nevado site is located on a gentle SE-facing slope in the semi-arid Andes mountain range of central Chile. The instrument cluster is located 50 m downslope from a smooth ridge and approximately midway from the ridge to a steep drop that leads to the Molina River valley. Access is by car to the parking lot of the Valle Nevado Ski Resort, and then 200 m on foot.
