Kanas station
Contributing Station Information

Kanas station is affected by westerlies all year and has abundant snow cover in winter. The snow runoff is the main water source of the Ertix River.The observation of Kanas station began in 2009 which involved the observation of snow depth, snow profiles, deptjof snowfall, and the surface meteorological measurements.
